Gary Lee is founder and president of Resolution Services, Inc. Lee holds a BS degree and an MBA degree from the University of South Carolina. He obtained his CPCU designation in 1986. Lee began his P&C career with Insurance Company of North America in 1973 as a field multi-line claim representative. He was the agent-in-charge of their Charleston, SC territory. In 1976, he was employed by CNA Insurance as their South Carolina resident adjuster handling all lines of P&C claims and some long-term disability claims. He was promoted to Continuing Claims Handling Supervisor, Atlanta, in 1979. Later in 1979, Lee returned to INA, later to merge to become Cigna P&C. He advanced to the position of Property and Auto Liability Supervisor, South Carolina. In a consolidation of offices, Lee became General Liability Unit Manager for Cigna’s Charlotte office. In 1988, Lee was promoted to Auto Unit Manager in Cigna’s Bala Cynwyd, PA office. In 1992, Lee was promoted to Regional VP Claims, Tampa, Florida, in their auto, property and liability claims office. Lee was the manager of the Hurricane Andrew storm office in Florida. In 1994, Lee became VP Claims and Occupational Medicine for Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation. In 1998, Lee was given further responsibility for loss control activities at LWCC. In 2000, Lee was promoted by LWCC to Senior VP. Lee left LWCC later in 2000 to found Resolution Services, Inc. Lee is a former President and current board member of the Bayou Chapter CPCU in Baton Rouge. Lee is a former adjunct professor for the University of Louisiana Lafayette campus where he taught in their Risk Management program. Lee also taught undergraduate and graduate courses for University of Phoenix in their Online and Baton Rouge campuses. Lee enjoys photography, guitar playing and spending time with his 5 grandchildren. Lee is married to Libby Lee have two daughters.


Stephanie is a graduate of LSU with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. Her professional journey began in Tampa, FL, where she worked as a computer programmer, focusing on manufacturing and assembly line design. She then transitioned into a role supporting over 500 stores nationwide in point of sale and financial/accounting procedures. Stephanie today serves as CEO of Resolution Services, Inc. She has diverse experience in workers’ compensation subrogation across a broad spectrum of states. Stephanie is married to Steven and together they have four children.

Libby Lee is a certified legal secretary with an Associate’s Degree from Columbia Commercial College, Columbia, SC. She, along with her husband, Gary, was instrumental in the formation of RSI in 2000. Libby serves as Vice President of Administration for RSI and assists in office operations. Libby and Gary have two adult daughters along with five wonderful grandchildren. Libby’s passion is flower gardening.

Brian Reed has been with Resolution Services, Inc. since 2024, where he manages subrogation claims with a specialized focus on animal assault cases. His role involves in-depth research to identify liable parties, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Brian brings a background that includes coursework in computer science, which contributes to his methodical and tech-savvy approach to claims management. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, following sports, and collecting memorabilia.

Courtney Sheets joined RSI in 2021. She has 12 years of prior experience in workers’ compensation as an Administrative Assistant in the claims department at LUBA Workers’ Comp. She joined RSI to continue her work in the workers’ compensation industry. She handles new claim set-ups and assists the staff with data inquiries. Courtney was born and raised in Louisiana where she resides with her husband and two children.

Johnny Tran is a graduate of LSU. His early days after graduation were spent pursuing a career in the film and television industry before moving into insurance. After some years as an insurance office manager and agent, he joined RSI in 2025. He is currently pursuing his CPCU designation in hopes of gaining a greater holistic knowledge of the insurance industry. Currently Johnny is assigned to investigate and handle potential subrogation claims for RSI.

Landry Kerth was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and holds a B.A. in History from LSU and a Juris Doctor from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Landry joined the RSI team in April 2025 and serves as the Marketing Director, heading up client outreach.

Leon D. Dyer is General Counsel for Resolution Services, Inc. Leon grew up in Baton Rouge, LA. After finishing his secondary education, he continued his formal education by enrolling at Southern University A & M College in Baton Rouge, LA and earning a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) degree.
He later went on to earn his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, and his Master of Taxation degree from Nova Southeastern University. He attended Southern University Law center where he earned a Juris Doctor degree. Leon has taken and passed the Certified Public Accounting exams. He is a Louisiana based attorney and an Inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Leon has been a part of the Resolution Services, Inc. family for a year and brings several years of legal experience along with extensive experience in business, accounting and financial analysis.
Leon is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in several federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, Western Districts of Louisiana, and the US. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
In his personal time, he enjoys reading, watching television and exercising.

Nikki May has been a valued member of the Resolution Services, Inc. team since 2021. A proud graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, she holds a degree in Organizational Communications, which laid the foundation for her career in the insurance subrogation industry. Nikki thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. Nikki currently handles subrogation claims in 19 diverse state jurisdiction.
A native of Baton Rouge with deep roots in Acadiana and Ponchatoula, Nikki spent time living in Alabama before returning to Louisiana with her husband to raise their two children.

Rebekah Buco has served as a Subrogation Specialist at Resolution Services, Inc. for 18 years. Over her years at RSI she has been a Senior Representative handling subrogation cases in various states, as well as managing workers’ compensation claims in Louisiana, including the negotiation of workers’ compensation settlements.
She is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Rebekah is married to Daniel Buco and together they are raising four children. In her free time she enjoys traveling to watch her children play soccer and baseball, cooking and gardening.

Robyn Pardue serves as a Subrogation Specialist at Resolution Services, Inc. where she applies her strong analytical skills and financial knowledge to support efficient and effective claims recovery. With a background in finance and a keen attention to detail, Robyn is committed to delivering thorough and results-driven service to clients.
She is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Prior to joining Resolution Services, Robyn gained valuable experience as both a legal assistant and in the banking industry. In her personal time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and reading. She also cherishes time spent with her husband and their three adult children.
